Job Summary: We are seeking cleaning staff to maintain common areas of a building, with prior experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep common areas of the building clean 2. Immediately report any incidents 3. Teamwork and good communication We are looking for personnel to work in the cleaning department. **Requirements:** **\-** Prior experience in building cleaning **\-** Good communication skills **\-** Ability to work in a team **\-** Availability to work in Santiago de Surco **\-** Must reside in nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** **\-** Work shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **\-** Immediately report any incidents **\-** Maintain cleanliness of common building areas (elevators, corridors, staircases, basements) **Benefits:** **\-** 6 working days and 1 day off \- Bonus of 120 for punctuality **\-** Immediate enrollment in payroll **\-** Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
