Opportunity for career progression within the company. **Join our great Liderman family!** Our company, a national leader in private security and surveillance—with operations in countries such as Chile and Ecuador—is currently seeking a **Cleaning Operator** for its unit in **Surquillo and Miraflores.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3-month experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in Surquillo and Miraflores (inter-district). * Residence in areas adjacent to the unit. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Surquillo * Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: Miraflores. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cleaning and disinfection of stores, common areas, restrooms, etc. * Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. * Emptying trash bins and handling waste. * Restocking hygiene supplies in restrooms and common areas. * Reporting incidents and assisting with organization and basic maintenance tasks. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary with all statutory benefits. * Career progression opportunities. * Ongoing training. * Corporate and institutional agreements. * Advance payments.
