Hipólito Unanue 184 \- Breña*****.** Schedule: * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **Rest days:** Sundays and public holidays. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (preferred). * Valid DNI ***(mandatory)***. * Availability to work in Breña. * No police, judicial, or criminal records. * Responsibility and punctuality. Responsibilities: * Prepare lunches according to schedule. * Wash utensils, tableware, and equipment used during food preparation. * Monitor proper storage of supplies and cleaning products. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations. * Maintain cleanliness, disinfection, and order in the kitchen, dining area, and assigned spaces at all times. * Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. * Use designated cleaning products and equipment appropriately.
