Position Summary: BARAM CLEAN is seeking a Unit Manager to lead and coordinate cleaning and sanitation services, supervising personnel and solid waste management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solid waste management We are BARAM CLEAN, a national company and leader in service provision, specializing in cleaning, sanitation, and general services. As part of our growth plan, we are currently seeking a Unit Manager to assume roles such as: Unit Manager, Coordinator, Technical Director, or Cleaning Superintendent **REQUIREMENTS:** * Hold a valid professional title, be registered with the corresponding professional association, and maintain current licensure in one of the following fields: Occupational Safety and Hygiene Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Sanitary Engineering. * Be registered with the Association of Business Administration Professionals. * Minimum two years of certified experience as a Unit Manager, Coordinator, Technical Director, or Cleaning Superintendent. * Proficiency in office software. * No criminal or disciplinary record of any kind. * Knowledge of solid waste management. * Experience managing and supervising personnel, preferably in the cleaning sector. * Availability to work an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday (7:00 am \- 4:00 pm). * Must reside in Lima. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one * Competitive market-based salary * Profit-sharing bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), SCTR insurance, EsSalud health insurance, and vacation benefits.
