Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Commercial Assistant for the mining sector, with an interest in marketing and content creation, to provide commercial support and maintain the customer database. We are a mining-sector company specializing in the marketing of hydraulic and concrete supplies, committed to delivering efficient, high-quality solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a proactive, organized Commercial Assistant with an interest in commercial and marketing activities, who wishes to develop professionally and join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial proposals. * Provide customer service and support via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. * Coordinate order tracking, deliveries, and commercial documentation. * Maintain updated customer and commercial opportunity databases. * Prepare commercial reports and performance indicators. * Support coordination of meetings and commercial visits. * Participate in creating social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). * Take photographs and record videos of products, services, events, trade fairs, and mining congresses. * Assist in developing and updating technical data sheets, brochures, commercial presentations, and promotional materials. * Coordinate with design, printing, and marketing vendors as needed. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Position Profile** * Graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications Sciences, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial and/or marketing roles. * Knowledge of digital marketing, social media content creation, photography, video recording, and commercial material development (technical data sheets, presentations, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Availability to attend trade fairs, congresses, and mining-sector events as required. * Prior experience in industrial or mining companies is desirable. **Working Hours:** * Mon–Fri: 8 AM – 5:30 PM \| Sat: 8 AM – 12:30 PM **We Offer:** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime starting from the third month. * Statutory social benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Round-trip transportation from strategic locations.
