Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Commercial Assistant for prospecting, acquiring, and following up with clients; managing databases; and supporting marketing campaigns in the security sector. Proactivity, initiative, and effective communication A reputable company specializing in private security and surveillance services — operating in asset protection, access control, CCTV monitoring, and risk management — is looking for top talent to fill the position of: COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university graduate in administration, marketing, business, communications, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of commercial experience, preferably in security, surveillance, corporate service, or B2B companies. * Intermediate proficiency in digital tools (Office suite, corporate email, LinkedIn, CRM, social media). * Proactivity, initiative, effective communication, and strong persuasive skills oriented toward business. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: * Immediate payroll under the MYPE regime, with 100% statutory benefits. * Benefits: o Commission-based bonus. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (100% on-site). And 2 Saturdays per month, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work location: Avenida Canadá, near Vía Expresa. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Client prospecting and acquisition via digital platforms, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, and corporate email. * Contacting, following up with, and scheduling meetings for potential clients and the sales team. * Managing and updating databases, CRM, supplier records, and commercial documentation. * Supporting marketing campaigns, monitoring competitors in the security sector, and preparing commercial reports. * Recording sales, tracking opportunities, and communicating client needs to the sales and operations teams. * Other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum education: Technical or University degree. * Minimum experience: 1 year in commercial or similar roles. Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
