




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Commercial Manager / Technical Sales Advisor to manage portfolios, develop proposals, and foster customer loyalty in the urban pest control sector. Customer loyalty and post-sales support At INRO, a leading provider of urban pest control services, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of Commercial Manager / Technical Sales Advisor, reporting directly to the Administrative Coordination team. Responsibilities: * Portfolio Management and Prospecting: Plan, organize, and analyze the customer portfolio, conducting active prospecting and preparing commercial visit plans (both locally and regionally). * Daily Management Tracking: Create, update, and report daily on the prospecting database (prospects, contacted, visited, proposals sent, and closed deals). * Proposal Development: Collect field and office information to accurately formulate attractive technical and economic proposals for customers. * Loyalty and Post-Sales Support: Analyze conditions offered to potential customers, provide post-sales support, and channel their requests, suggestions, or complaints to feed back into the company. * Commercial Strategy: Coordinate with the design department to develop advertising strategies, social media presence, participation in trade fairs or specialized magazines. Efficient Negotiation: Build trust-based relationships with customers to agree upon competitive payment terms that help maintain the company’s liquidity levels. Profile Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in service sales; preferably in corporate sales roles (B2B), especially within commercial, industrial, restaurant, or urban pest control sectors. * Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Biology, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related science disciplines (essential for understanding the urban pest control industry). * Mandatory Requirement: Valid driver’s license (own vehicle is desirable for field activities). Work Conditions and Benefits: * Compensation: Base salary of S/. 2,000 \+ attractive commission scheme (specific commission plan details and monthly targets will be discussed during the interview). * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work Location: Office (MIP) and in-person visits to client facilities.
