Innovative work environment A leading company in the wellness sector seeks a Commercial Planning Analyst to manage commercial information, ensure proper implementation of the GSN methodology, and act as the bridge between commercial vision and disciplined execution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Marketing * 2 years of experience in commercial analysis, planning, or business intelligence * Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (reports and dashboards) * Advanced Excel and Power BI or Tableau * Advanced English (mandatory) * Preferred: Experience in multinational companies with structured processes (FMCG, Technology, or Pharmaceutical sectors) * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM **Responsibilities:** * Analyze commercial information across Club, H\&R, HCP, and Home segments * Manage and monitor implementation of the GSN methodology in commercial processes * Lead pipeline review and sales forecasting meetings * Develop performance dashboards (KPIs, conversion, profitability) using Power BI * Generate reports for General Management and the corporate office in Italy **We Offer:** * Be part of a world-leading wellness company * Professional development opportunities * Innovative work environment * Career path Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have 2 years of experience in commercial analysis, planning, or business intelligence? * Do you have advanced Excel and English skills? * Do you have advanced proficiency in Salesforce (reports and dashboards)? * Please indicate your salary expectation Work Location: Onsite employment
