Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to strengthen our digital presence and support real estate agents in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional growth and development in the real estate sector We are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally passionate Community Manager who wishes to grow professionally within a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Location: Miraflores Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. What will be your role? You will be responsible for strengthening our digital presence and directly supporting our real estate agents in their online positioning. Key Responsibilities: \* Creation of engaging social media content (posts, reels, videos) \* Video editing using tools such as CapCut and Canva \* Management and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads \* Planning and execution of digital strategies \* Advising real estate agents on personal and digital marketing \* Training on social media usage and content creation \* Supporting the setup and optimization of digital profiles \* Analysis of campaign metrics and performance Requirements: ✔ Proven experience as a Community Manager ✔ Proficiency in Meta Ads (mandatory) ✔ Knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Creativity, initiative, and results orientation ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔ Interest in the real estate industry (preferred) What do we offer? \* A dynamic and collaborative work environment \* Genuine opportunities for professional growth \* Space to propose ideas and drive impact \* Development in the real estate and digital marketing sectors If you are passionate about the digital world and want to join a team where your creativity makes a difference, apply now and grow with us!
