If you are passionate about social media, content design, and digital marketing, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities** * Plan and manage social media platforms (Meta Ads and TikTok Ads). * Conduct LIVE broadcasts on TikTok. * Schedule posts according to the content calendar. * Monitor messages, comments, and interactions on social media. * Research trends, formats, and digital tools to propose new ideas. * Prepare basic performance reports for published content. **Requirements** * Technical student or incomplete studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Experience managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). * Proficiency in Canva (preferred). * Knowledge of Meta Business Suite. * Creativity, organization, and proactivity. * Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is preferred. **We Offer** * Salary of **S/. 1200** * Full payroll registration * 100% statutory benefits * Excellent working environment * Opportunity to develop a professional portfolio **Work Modality** * On-site * Working hours: 8 AM \- 5 PM Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
