THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY! **WHAT DO WE NEED?** * Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Communication Sciences, or Public Relations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role, in internal communication and/or similar fields. * Knowledge of the Gas and Civil Construction sectors (Desirable). * Microsoft Office – Intermediate level. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Disseminate information (start date, detours, noise and dust mitigation measures) to the community prior to commencement of construction and during the gasification phase. * Prepare social reports submitted to the client, supervisors, and P.A. (external networks), to assess the area where work will be carried out and identify any conditions that may affect project execution. * Mediate and manage negotiations between stakeholders and the company in case of social conflicts; address and resolve community complaints during project implementation; and clearly and transparently communicate the gasification process to the community. * Deliver awareness talks to field personnel to prevent adverse impacts on the community; monitor projects post-construction. * Submit documentation to the client regarding records of community communication. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Social benefits as stipulated by law. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Work alongside a team eager to share knowledge and tackle challenges. * A highly dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Growth opportunities. * The chance to join a recognized organization. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Location: Puno-Jayllihuaya.
