Job Description: We are a company providing comprehensive services in cleaning, security, and administration — SILPSA Working Hours: Full-time (7:00 am – 7:00 pm / 7:00 pm – 7:00 am) Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of residents and properties within the unit. Register the entry of visitors, vehicles, suppliers, etc. Report incidents and comply with instructions from the building management committee. Prevent consumption of alcohol or other substances inside the service unit. Collaborate with other staff members. Follow safety regulations. Availability to work in Surquillo and San Borja. Availability to work 12-hour shifts.
