Coordination of technical teams and improvement projects. **Job Opportunity – Concrete Plant Maintenance Supervisor!** At **Yana Consulting**, we are currently searching for a **Concrete Plant Maintenance Supervisor** for a major industrial-sector company focused on concrete operations. **Profile:** * Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a technical specialty related to maintenance. * 5 years of experience in cement plants, concrete plants, or similar industrial sectors. * Experience in planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance. * Experience leading technical teams and coordinating plant maintenance activities. * Age range: 30 to 37 years * Class A1 driver’s license – mandatory **Knowledge Requirements:** * Safety practices applied to industrial maintenance: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), work at height, confined space entry, and hazardous energy control. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 – desirable. * Diploma or specialization in maintenance – desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. * Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and safe operation. * Supervise technical staff and contractors responsible for maintenance activities. * Coordinate with Production to align maintenance priorities and maintenance windows, minimizing operational disruptions. * Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment availability, costs, and adherence to established plans. * Coordinate availability of spare parts, materials, technical services, and suppliers required for maintenance interventions. * Participate in improvement, reliability, and equipment/facility optimization projects. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures and standards during all maintenance activities. * Conduct technical and operational verification of equipment prior to release and return to operation. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/5,500. * General payroll regime. * Subsidized meals at S/6.10. * Yearly bonuses equivalent to 2–3 monthly salaries. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM * Saturdays: 8 AM – 1 PM If you have maintenance experience in cement plants, concrete plants, or industrial facilities and are interested in taking on new challenges, please send your CV to 965334189.
