Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed Concierge to manage access control, mail reception, supervision of common areas, and support building surveillance for a residential building. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility and courteous treatment of the public 2. Support in building surveillance and order maintenance 3. Supervision of common areas and incident reporting We are currently looking for a responsible and committed Concierge to work at a residential building located in San Miguel. **Responsibilities:** * Control of resident and visitor entry and exit. * Reception and registration of mail and parcels. * Supervision of common areas. * Reporting incidents to management. * Support in surveillance and order maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar positions (preferred). * Responsibility, punctuality, and courteous treatment of the public. * Availability to work in San Miguel. **Employment Conditions:** * Special Labor Regime. * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Remuneration: S/ 1,300 per month. * Enrollment in the Integrated Health Insurance System (SIS). * 15 days of vacation per year. Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
