Job Opportunity: Content Creator & Marketing (On-site – Surco) We seek a hybrid, creative, and strategic professional to join our team in Chacarilla del Estanque, Surco. Main Responsibilities * **Strategy:** Plan and execute the clinic's digital marketing plan. * **Social Media:** Manage and grow communities on Instagram, TikTok, etc. * **Content:** Coordinate, film, and edit videos, reels, and formats aligned with aesthetic trends. * **Digital Advertising:** Monitor and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * **Metrics:** Analyze results with a direct focus on leads, appointments, and conversions. * **Coordination:** Collaborate with the internal team to capture real-time content. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation (preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty). * Proficiency in Meta Ads and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite). * Demonstrable portfolio of high-impact or viral content. * Outgoing, responsible, efficient, and results-oriented profile. * Availability for 100% on-site work. Schedule * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Conditions and Benefits * **Salary:** S/. 1,600.00 to S/. 1,800.00 per month (or more based on experience). * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits. * Excellent work environment.
