We are currently looking for A CONTENT CREATOR: We are Robles \& Yasikov, a real estate group with 7 years of experience, developing real estate projects nationwide, including projects along Peru's Coast, Highlands, and Jungle. Do you want to join an innovative and continuously growing company? **JOB DETAILS:** **Work Modality:** 100% On-site. **LOCATION:** Santiago de Surco **WORK HOURS:** \* Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. **EMPLOYMENT MODALITY:** REMYPE payroll registration. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:** * Professional appearance and/or strong personal branding. * Confidence and poise in front of cameras. * Final-year student or graduate in Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience managing social media and creating audiovisual content. * Intermediate proficiency in graphic design and editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Canva). * Availability to work in Santiago de Surco. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve as the company's on-camera representative for recordings and content. * Develop content calendars for digital platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). * Create and edit audiovisual content (graphics, reels, TikToks, etc.), ensuring a creative and engaging approach. * Propose and design organic content in various formats (images, short videos, text) tailored to each platform. * Conduct recordings, video production, and post-production for publication across digital channels. * Draft scripts for audio, video, and photo content, ensuring alignment with brand identity. * Stay updated on the latest social media trends and propose innovative creative ideas. * Perform other duties relevant to this role or as directed by your immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable. * Inclusion in MYPE payroll. * Corporate benefits. * Positive work environment. * Career progression opportunities. ***Start February with us—we look forward to welcoming you!*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Age? * Expected Salary?
