Position Summary: We are seeking a Content Manager and Community Manager to create and supervise graphic and audiovisual content, manage social media, and optimize community engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and supervision of graphic, photographic, and audiovisual content. 2. Social media and institutional community management. 3. Metrics analysis and content optimization. The Orson Welles Higher Technological Institute is looking for a **CONTENT MANAGER AND COMMUNITY MANAGER**, who must perform the following responsibilities: * Create and supervise graphic, photographic, and audiovisual content (videos, reels, capsules, interviews, event coverage). * Manage institutional social media platforms and community interaction. * Design and implement an editorial calendar aligned with the academic calendar. * Draft institutional and educational copy. * Coordinate audiovisual production with academic and technical departments. * Analyze metrics and optimize content based on performance results. * Support admission campaigns, academic events, and institutional activities. **Requirements** * Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation and community management. * Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro, Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar). * Experience in photography and video (camera operation, basic lighting, and editing). * Knowledge of social media management and analytics. * Creativity, organization, and ability to work collaboratively. **Additional Important Qualifications** * Experience in educational institutions or training-oriented brands. * Professional iPhone, gimbal, and mobile recording skills. * Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads). * Sensitivity toward educational and cultural communication. **Working Conditions** On-site work Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:05 PM.
