We ensure that our clients’ assets are managed with the highest level of professionalism through a mix of hard work, teamwork, and procedural structure. **Salary:** $1,000 \- $1,100 USD (monthly) **Key Responsibilities:** * Process and prioritize incoming resident and property manager maintenance requests received via digital systems (e.g., property management software, email). * Dispatch and schedule external vendors and in\-house technicians for repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring alignment with service agreements and property\-specific needs. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date digital records of all maintenance work orders, communications, invoices, and repair history in the property management system. * Conduct digital follow\-ups (email, phone, chat) with residents and vendors to confirm work completion and ensure quality of service. * Review vendor invoices for accuracy against approved work orders and submit them for payment processing. * Serve as a clear and professional digital liaison between residents, property managers, maintenance staff, and vendors. * Assist in coordinating urgent and after\-hours maintenance responses as needed, using remote communication tools. **Skills:** * Exceptional digital proficiency and experience managing multiple software platforms. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for precise record\-keeping. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional digital correspondence. * Ability to troubleshoot and problem\-solve maintenance issues in a remote capacity. * Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting. * Comfort and proficiency working entirely in a cloud\-based environment. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or coordination, preferably within property management or real estate. * Experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi), MS Office Suite/Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools is a plus. * Strong English communication (written \& spoken) * High\-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum) * Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent **Setting:** 100% Remote **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.3,405\.00 \- S/.3,745\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * administrative: 2 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
