Cost and Budget Analyst **Join our team!** We are looking for a **Cost and Budget Analyst** with experience in industrial construction projects, responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets, costs, and technical documentation for tender and project execution processes. Responsibilities * Review tender documents, including drawings, technical specifications, and administrative requirements, to ensure accurate project understanding. * Prepare unit cost analyses considering materials, labor, equipment, and third-party services. * Determine required quantities of work for accurate budget preparation. * Design, analyze, and update cost structures for each project. * Continuously monitor material prices and market trends. * Generate periodic reports on project financial progress, identifying variances, incurred costs, and estimates. * Support administrative processes related to tenders, approvals, and contracting. * Prepare necessary technical and financial documentation for participation in tender processes. Requirements * Over 25 years of age. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles as a Cost Analyst, preferably in industrial construction projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Project. * Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
