At "Huérfanos" Bakery and Pastry Shop, we are currently looking for new talent for the customer service position. Learn more about this opportunity below: **1\. Job Objective** Provide warm, prompt, and efficient service to walk-in customers and those dining in-store, ensuring a satisfying experience and fostering loyalty. **2\. Responsibilities** * Interact with company customers to meet their needs. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Conduct appropriate inventories for each work area. * Manage product stock according to production dates. * Comply with internal company policies (schedule, uniform, hygiene, etc.) as per organizational requirements. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **3\. Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * 3 to 6 months of customer service experience (preferred). **Job Conditions** * Work location: CENTRO DE LIMA \- 1 block from Abancay Avenue. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Sunday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one rotating day off between Monday and Saturday). * Breakfast and lunch provided. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits (vacation, bonus, CTS, profit-sharing).
