Inclusive work environment with equal opportunities Coolbox \- RadioShack, a retail sector company, is currently looking for full-time Customer Service Advisors / Virtual Channel representatives for our Miraflores office. **Requirements:** \- Customer service experience. \- Knowledge of customer service principles. \- Availability to work from 1:00 p.m. to 10\.00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous written responses to customer communications regarding products, resolving their questions, inquiries, suggestions, requests, complaints, and grievances. * Prevent complaints or grievances by identifying deviations and errors in products or services as part of customer service delivery. **Work Schedule:** 1:00 p.m. to 10\.00 p.m. One day off per week (either Saturday or Sunday) **Work Location:** Miraflores (Benavides Ave.) "At Coolbox, we promote an inclusive work environment.
