




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to attend to and follow up with patients, maintain communication with their family members, and supervise assigned staff. We specialize in the care and support of elderly adults with intermediate or advanced dependency conditions, as well as fragile or terminally ill patients. Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor. **Requirements:** * Students of Administration, Communication Sciences, Psychology, or related fields (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (desirable). * Experience in the healthcare sector (desirable). * Availability to work Monday through Friday (8 AM–6 PM) and Saturday mornings. * Work location: Surco. **Responsibilities:** * Answer patient phone calls and schedule appointments. * Conduct patient follow-up and monitoring. * Maintain orderly work equipment and premises, reporting any anomalies. * Maintain effective communication with family members of assigned patients. * Manage and supervise assigned staff. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day of employment. * Pleasant working environment. * CTS deposits. * Paid vacation. * ESSALUD coverage. * Bonuses in July and December. * AFP/ONP pension contributions. * Monthly salary: 1400 soles.
