We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and work with an American company. Key Responsibilities: \- Enter information from one platform to another \- Archive legal documents from the U.S. \- Resolve inquiries and provide email-based support \- Update and maintain the customer database \- Encourage customers to purchase additional products \- Serve as the bridge between customers and other departments Requirements: \- Advanced English (mandatory and highly important!) \- 6 to 8 months of experience in customer service or similar roles \- Ability to work collaboratively in a team \- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Benefits: \- 100% remote work (first week of training is in-person) \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (daily saving time) \- Performance bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,620\.00 per month Application Questions: * Advanced English level? * 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in English? * Salary expectation in Peruvian soles? * Immediate availability?
