Collaboration with parents and continuous improvement Corporación Educativa Hesen SAC is looking for a dance teacher, with the following considerations: **\* Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare class sessions considering students' needs. * Establish and maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning. * Guide and support students' work to promote the development of expected competencies. * Propose and implement improvements in the teaching process to achieve expected learning outcomes. * Deliver flawless performances at every event. * Foster collaborative and respectful relationships with students' parents. **Requirements:** * Experience teaching Folkloric and Modern Dance in person. * Proactive, empathetic, and willing to work as part of a team. * Preferably residing in San Juan de Miraflores or districts in the South Cone. **We Offer:** * Personal and professional growth. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM to 4:30 PM.
