At Little Sparks, we seek a proactive and responsible female candidate to join our team and provide the best possible care for our little ones. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Early Childhood Education, Teaching Assistant programs, or related fields. * Prior experience caring for young children (preferably in nurseries or daycare centers). * Strong service orientation, patience, and affectionate interaction with children aged 1 to 3. * Teamwork skills, responsibility, and proactivity. * Preferred but not mandatory: basic first aid knowledge and early stimulation expertise. **Responsibilities:** * Assisting in early stimulation activities. * Caring for and attending to infants and young children. * Singing songs and facilitating play-based activities for children. * Supporting children's personal care (feeding, hygiene, rest). * Encouraging habits of order, autonomy, and positive social interaction among children. * Collaborating in preparing teaching materials and educational resources. * Supporting institutional events, workshops, and activities. * Using creativity to motivate learning through play and develop teaching materials. * Being charismatic, cheerful, and loving toward children. * Being responsible, punctual, and committed to work. Preference given to candidates residing near **Santa Anita**. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Competitive market-based salary, paid on time. A pleasant working environment.
