Interest in continuous learning and professional growth **Dental Assistant** At **Maxillaris**, a dental center focused on innovation and modern treatments, we are looking to incorporate a **Dental Assistant** with a service-oriented attitude and professional commitment. **Profile Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed Dentistry studies (not mandatory). * Training or certification as a Dental Assistant (desirable). * Minimum 6 months of experience performing similar duties. * Basic knowledge of clinical assistance to specialists. * Experience in taking impressions and using intraoral scanners. * Availability to work at the Miraflores location. **Required Competencies** * Friendly and empathetic treatment of patients. * Proactivity, responsibility, and organization in work. * Interest in continuous learning and professional growth. * Ability to adapt and work effectively in a team. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare and maintain the work area in optimal condition before each patient appointment. * Provide timely assistance to dentists during procedures. * Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment. **What We Offer** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime from day one (CTS, bonuses, vacation, Essalud, and Life Insurance by Law). * Internal corporate benefits. * Total compensation: **S/ 1,130 fixed \+ S/ 600 variable based on performance and punctuality.** **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm / **Saturdays:** 12:30 pm – 9:30 pm Employment Type: Full time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,750\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
