Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect with both commercial and technical vision to transform brand manuals into functional and aesthetic spaces for the Retail sector. Coordinate and integrate various project disciplines At Scouter, we are looking for a **Design Architect** with commercial and technical vision to join a leading company specializing in the Retail and Commercial sector, located in Miraflores. We seek a creative, detail-oriented professional capable of transforming brand manuals into functional and aesthetic spaces. **What challenges will you face?** * Brand Interpretation: Understand and apply brand manuals from various clients for store design. * Technical Documentation: Generate comprehensive and detailed architectural documentation. * Integration: Coordinate and integrate various project disciplines. * Visualization: Expert handling of 3D modeling, rendering, and post\-production with Photoshop for high-impact presentations. * Management: Optimize architectural proposals and effectively manage delivery timelines. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of specific experience in Retail or Commercial project design. * Essential Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Visualization and Modeling: Solid knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and Rendering (Enscape). * Additional Tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop) and MS Project. * Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on collaborative work. **What do we offer?** * Salary: Range between S/ 1,900 and S/ 2,200 (commensurate with profile and technical evaluation). * Employment Regime: Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system with 50% statutory benefits. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. * Location: 100% on-site in Miraflores. * Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic and creative environment.
