**Job Description**
The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (**YMCA Peru**) is seeking top talent to fill the position of:
**EARLY STIMULATION TEACHER.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Implement sessions according to the area's monthly plan.
* Adapt activities based on group development and characteristics.
* Promote a safe, playful, and affectionate environment for learning and participation.
* Observe, record, and report participants' progress or specific situations.
* Prepare required materials and resources for each session.
* Apply biosafety standards, protection protocols, and group management procedures.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Early childhood or primary school teacher, or currently pursuing technical or university studies in education or related fields.
* One year of prior experience performing similar duties.
* Availability to work in the Pueblo Libre district.
* Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
