Position Summary: We are seeking a Psychologist for academic and behavioral support, with experience in diversity, to strengthen the student's autonomy. Key Points: 1. Academic support and classroom accommodations 2. Behavioral management and attention to diversity 3. Ongoing mentoring and training We seek a Psychology graduate and/or bachelor's degree holder with experience in behavioral management and working with diverse learners. Work schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Border area between La Molina and ATE (Separadora and Nicolas Ayllón) Student is in 2nd grade of Primary School Working hours: 7:40 AM to 1:00 PM Compensation: S/. 1150 Responsibilities: \- Academic support and classroom accommodations \- Development of course-specific worksheets \- Behavioral support \- Development and reinforcement of autonomy \- Preparation of reports and work plans Ongoing mentoring, training, and supervision are provided by a team of professionals. Employment contract from March to December Reliability and seriousness regarding compensation. Job Type: Part-time Salary: S/.1,150\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
