Management of in-person and virtual academic programs. **ACADEMIC MANAGER** MALE / FEMALE BRITISH TECH SCHOOL is seeking an EDUCATION MANAGER with strategic vision, leadership, and results orientation to lead the development and implementation of our educational offerings. We seek a professional capable of designing innovative academic programs, leading teaching teams, and ensuring an excellent educational experience for our students and clients. **Requirements:** * University degree in any field: Education, Pedagogy, Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law * Postgraduate studies (Master’s or specialization) in educational management, school leadership, or business administration. * Proficiency in leadership, budget management, and human resources. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in coordination, teaching, or administration roles within the education sector (SCHOOLS). * Experience in curriculum design, syllabi development, specialized courses, and training programs. * Experience in teacher coordination and management. * Problem-solving ability, strategic planning skills, and capacity to evaluate teaching quality. * Excellent academic writing and documentation skills. * Proficiency in virtual learning platforms (Moodle, Classroom, or others). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * Leadership, organizational, and goal-oriented work capabilities. * Minimum education level: University graduate * 3 years of experience * Languages: English * Age: between 30 and 50 years old * Knowledge: Google Meet, Writing **Responsibilities:** * Design and update curricula, syllabi, and academic programs. * Coordinate and supervise teaching staff across courses. * Manage the creation and implementation of academic programs in both in-person and virtual modalities. * Prepare reports, evaluations, and academic documentation. * Coordinate with marketing and administration departments to ensure proper program execution. * Administer the virtual campus and maintain up-to-date academic information. * Supervise academic quality and evaluate teaching performance. * Develop academic content for institutional publications. * Implement continuous improvement actions in academic processes. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM * WORK LOCATION: SAN ISIDRO * Excellent working environment Salary: S/.5,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
