Proactive, empathetic, and vocation-driven work At *Mundo Kids*, we are seeking an **Educational Psychologist** committed to children's holistic development, who provides emotional support, parental guidance, and assistance to the teaching staff, contributing to a healthy and positive educational environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assessment and monitoring of children's emotional and behavioral development. * Parental guidance and counseling. * Support and training for the teaching staff on classroom management and behavior. * Preparation of psychological reports and follow-up reports. * Development of workshops or talks for parents and staff. * Early detection of developmental difficulties. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Psychology. * Valid professional license. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the educational field (early childhood education preferred). * Strong verbal communication skills and effective communication ability. * Proficiency in soft skills (empathy, active listening, teamwork). * Responsibility and commitment to the institution. * **Preference given to candidates residing near the workplace.** **Ideal Profile:** * Proactive, empathetic individual with a vocation for working with children. * Ability to build trust with both children and parents. * Positive attitude, initiative, and teamwork capability. * Problem-solving orientation and appropriate handling of emotional situations. **Working Hours:** * Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays * From 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Compensation:** * Salary: **S/ 1,200** **Address:** * Jr. Leónidas La Serre 495, Cercado de Lima Job Type: Part-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Expected Hours: 14 per week Work Location: On-site employment
