Position Summary: We are seeking an Educational Psychologist to lead anti-bullying prevention strategies, manage cases in SíseVe, and advise teachers, with a focus on students' holistic well-being. We are seeking an Educational Psychologist** We are currently recruiting a professional for the School Psychology and Coexistence area, oriented toward students' holistic well-being and compliance with MINEDU guidelines. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with active professional license and registration (CPsP). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in the school educational sector. * **Essential knowledge:** * Proficiency in the **SíseVe** platform and protocols for responding to school violence (Law No. 29719 and Supreme Decree No. 004\-2018\-MINEDU). * Development and implementation of the School Coexistence and Tutoring Plan (TOE). * Identification of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and adaptation under the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach. * **Key competencies:** Crisis management, assertive communication, empathy, and conflict resolution. * Residency in areas adjacent to La Corporación El Agustino **Main Responsibilities** * Lead anti-bullying prevention strategies and foster harmonious coexistence within the educational community. * Manage formal case response, reporting, and follow-up via the SíseVe platform. * Advise homeroom teachers on developing the socioemotional curriculum and conducting TOE sessions. * Assess and identify learning barriers to provide pedagogical guidance to teachers and refer students to external specialists as appropriate. * Design and deliver workshops for the Parent School, offering parenting and emotional support guidance to families. * Provide primary emotional support to students in situations of vulnerability. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Excellent working environment and multidisciplinary teamwork. * Ongoing training opportunities in regulatory frameworks and educational methodologies. **PART-TIME BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * AFP / ESSALUD * LIFE INSURANCE LAW * BONUS PAYMENT **SALARY (3 TIMES PER WEEK):** * 1000\-1200 Gross **WORK SCHEDULE:** 3 times per week, from 7:50 am to 3:00 pm.
