Job Summary: Occupational nurse responsible for worker health surveillance and management, implementation of the health plan, and emergency response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Worker health surveillance and monitoring. 2. Implementation of occupational health programs and emergency response. 3. Management of medical examinations and support in occupational safety and health. · Bachelor's degree in Nursing with professional license and registration · Completed Occupational Nursing Diploma (desirable) · Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health · Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health · First aid and emergency response skills · Intermediate proficiency in Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc. · Participation in continuing education related to the field · Conduct site visits to construction projects located in Santa Catalina (La Victoria) and, if new projects open, to neighboring districts · Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM · Implement and update the Occupational Health Plan according to project needs · Conduct worker health surveillance and monitor their health status · Perform triage of personnel to identify urgent conditions, determine the need for evaluation by the Occupational Physician, or activate the SCTR (Workers' Compensation Insurance) in case of work-related accidents · Coordinate and, when required, accompany workers to medical care facilities · Review occupational clinical records and interpret occupational medical examination results · Monitor medical restrictions and track workers on medical leave, suffering from common illnesses, occupational diseases, or work-related accidents · Provide first aid for accidents or incidents, maintaining updated health care attendance records · Implement occupational health surveillance programs (e.g., non-communicable chronic diseases, hearing conservation, respiratory protection, etc.) · Manage and coordinate execution of occupational medical examinations: pre-employment, periodic, exit, and return-to-work · Support physical agent occupational monitoring activities, such as lighting and noise · Implement and monitor training sessions and activities outlined in the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program · Prepare monthly reports on occupational health activities and outcomes for ongoing projects · Coordinate and conduct breathalyzer (alcohol testing) and rapid drug screening tests per established procedures · Participate in emergency drills and implementation of emergency and disaster response plans · Manage procurement, storage, and control of medications, materials, and supplies for the first-aid station · Conduct monthly inspections of first-aid kits and emergency stations · Deliver health promotion talks and disease prevention campaigns targeted at workers · Maintain up-to-date and organized digital documentation and records for the Occupational Health area Perform other duties assigned by management Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
