Currently, we are looking for experienced individuals who are motivated, eager to join our team, and willing to contribute their expertise. **POSITION:** EXPERIENCED SALES ADVISORS specialized in TELEPHONY SERVICES FOR SPAIN targeting the Spanish-speaking public. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** \- **Outbound calling:** Contact potential customers in Spain to offer number portability services or new telephony and fiber lines. \- **Commercial advisory:** Identify customer needs (data usage, voice minutes, TV services) to recommend the most suitable package. \- **Objection handling:** Professionally address customer concerns regarding contract duration, coverage, or competitor pricing. **\- CRM data entry:** Accurately categorize each call and update the database to ensure effective sales follow-up. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed secondary education or currently enrolled in technical/university studies. \- Proven experience working as a Call Center Advisor serving Spanish-speaking customers (Mandatory). \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel for report generation. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** \- Sales: Practical ability to close sales. \- Assertive Communication: Capacity to convey ideas clearly and confidently. \- Results Orientation: Focus on enabling trainees to achieve sales and service targets. **WHAT WE OFFER:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (45-minute lunch break) Compensation: S/. 1,200\.00 \- S/. 1,800\.00 Paid training programs MYPE legal payroll registration Our office is located in Los Olivos Monthly salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 Workplace: On-site employment
