Position Summary: Efficiently coordinate and execute foreign trade operations, optimizing time and costs to ensure merchandise availability and supply continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Strategically manage and coordinate export shipments. **Date:** 12 Aug 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Ensure efficient and timely execution of foreign trade operations by coordinating with internal and external logistics stakeholders to meet established deadlines, ensure merchandise availability, and maintain supply continuity—optimizing time, costs, and resources involved in the international supply chain, with the goal of meeting the end-customer's expected service level. **What will you do in your role?** ------------------------- * Strategically plan and coordinate export shipments considering demand, operational capacity, booking availability, time windows, resources, and logistical constraints. * Coordinate and supervise the execution of export services provided by logistics operators, carriers, warehouses, customs agencies, and other suppliers. * Administer and keep operational and documentary export information up to date (SAP, drives, files, scheduling, and other control tools). * Manage the generation of Service Orders, review of rates, validation of charges, VIM control, and tracking of supplier invoicing. * Develop, analyze, and monitor management indicators (OTIF, Lead Time, Logistics Cost, Overcosts, Dispatch Efficiency, among others). * Coordinate with Commercial, Planning, Distribution, Warehouses, and other involved areas to ensure proper operation execution. * Prepare executive reports, logistics analyses, scenarios, and presentations for management and leadership. * Analyze logistics costs, lead time, resource utilization, routes, new business opportunities, and optimization potential. * Lead or participate in continuous improvement, automation, digitalization, and standardization projects for Foreign Trade processes. * Manage operational contingencies, rescheduling, and risks affecting shipment compliance. * Provide technical support, mentoring, and training to junior analysts, interns, and in-house staff, sharing best practices and operational guidelines. * Propose improvements to Foreign Trade processes, policies, and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Foreign Trade. * Expertise in export operations. * Prior experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies is desirable. * Knowledge of logistics services and routes across Latin America. * Experience in project management. * Experience leading in-house teams. * Diploma or specialization in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management. * Knowledge of multimodal export processes. * ERP system proficiency (SAP). * Advanced Office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Languages: Intermediate English proficiency. * Power BI. * Familiarity with data analysis tools (basic SQL, Excel Power Pivot, or similar).
