Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to perform garment cleaning, finishing inspection, folding, and bagging for textile garments, supporting visual quality control and maintaining area organization. Job stability and a positive work environment **FINISHING STAFF – GARMENT CLEANING (TEXTILE INDUSTRY)** **Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho **Work Mode:** On-site **About Us** At **SERCOMVA SAC**, we are a Peruvian company with over 17 years of experience in the textile industry, specializing in the manufacturing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and the distribution of safety supplies. We focus on developing customized garments and accessories for industrial, corporate, and commercial sectors, guaranteeing high standards of quality, durability, and functionality. Our highly qualified workforce positions us as a strategic partner for companies that prioritize the safety and well-being of their personnel. **Main Responsibilities** * Clean garments (remove threads, lint, and debris). * Inspect final finishes to ensure product quality. * Fold, bag, and prepare garments for dispatch. * Support visual quality control of garments. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience in textile finishing or production (preferred). * Strong attention to detail and care in work execution. * Speed and responsibility in task completion. * Ability to work under pressure. * Residence in San Juan de Lurigancho (preferably near Bayóvar station). **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Order and cleanliness * Teamwork * Proactivity **Benefits** * Monthly salary of S/. 1,200 to S/. 1,500 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you reside in areas near the district of San Juan de Lurigancho? * Do you have experience in the textile industry? * What is your age?
