Integration into a dynamic work team We are the company **Lavoro**, and on behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a: **FORKLIFT OPERATOR – ATE LOCATION** COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Our client is a prominent local company operating in the **LIMA** market, distinguished in the **INDUSTRIAL** sector, and is seeking the best talent(s) to fill the position of **FORKLIFT OPERATOR – ATE LOCATION**. REQUIREMENTS: * Valid forklift operator training certificate (year 2024\). * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating forklifts (with Employment Certificates). * Valid Class A1 driver’s license. * Residence in areas near the Ate district. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform loading, unloading, and storage of goods. * Accurately complete relevant documents and checklists. * Carry out all duties inherent to the assigned role and any other tasks delegated by the immediate supervisor. * Respect and comply with applicable labor laws, administrative regulations, and other directives issued by the company. * Perform cleaning duties in the work area when the forklift is not operational. WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating monthly shifts: * 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. * 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: * Salary: S/ 1,500 * Perfect attendance bonus: S/ 500 * 100% covered meals * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, family allowance, insurance, etc.), excluding profit-sharing. * Job stability and professional development opportunity.
