Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive designer to develop innovative proposals and visual content, collaborating with the team to differentiate our products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop innovative design proposals for products. 2. Create visual content for social media and improve packaging. 3. Collaborate as a team to maintain visual consistency and propose new ideas. We are a Chinese import company located in central Lima, and we seek a creative, proactive, commercially oriented designer who can contribute fresh ideas and develop proposals aligned with our brand, working closely with our design team. **Responsibilities:** * Develop innovative design proposals for our products. * Adapt and improve packaging, presentations, and graphic assets according to brand identity. * Create visual content for social media (posts, stories, banners, etc.). * Edit and enhance product visuals. * Collaborate with another designer to ensure visual consistency across all channels. * Propose new ideas to help differentiate our products in the market. * Support ongoing updates of catalogs and commercial materials. **Requirements:** * Experience in graphic design. * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software. * Creative ability and strong aesthetic judgment. * Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. **We Value:** * Experience in social media and digital content. * Knowledge of packaging design. * Experience in photo retouching. * **An updated portfolio.** **We Offer:** Job stability and a positive work environment.
