We seek a responsible, punctual, and committed individual with experience in fast-paced cooking and the ability to perform efficiently during peak-demand hours. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Preparation and cooking of hamburgers and menu items. \- Proper use of the griddle and kitchen equipment. \- Adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and established standards. \- Assembly of products according to brand procedures. \- Maintaining adequate stock at the workstation. \- Providing production support when required. \- Ensuring continuous cleanliness and order in the assigned area. \- Compliance with food hygiene and handling protocols. REQUIREMENTS \- Prior experience as a grill cook, cook, or kitchen assistant. \- Experience in burger restaurants, fast-food outlets, or sandwich shops is preferred. \- Responsibility and punctuality. \- Ability to work under pressure. \- Availability to work night shifts. \- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively. SCHEDULE \- 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. \- One day off per week.
