Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative chef with experience in corporate catering to strengthen our production operations and develop new culinary proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Creativity to develop new gastronomic proposals WE ARE SEEKING A CHEF – CORPORATE CATERING At Miscelánea Dulces, we are looking for a person to organize and strengthen our corporate catering production kitchen. Candidate Profile: * Experience in kitchen and production for catering. * Ability to standardize recipes and processes. * Highly organized and orderly individual. * Creativity to develop new gastronomic proposals. * High sense of responsibility and commitment. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Ability to manage inventories, production, and workflow in the kitchen. * Capability to conduct testing and development of new recipes for corporate catering. Work Location: Av. La Molina with Javier Prado – Lima. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10-day assignment) 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Duration: Temporary position for 10 days.
