




Position Summary: A Human Resources professional responsible for comprehensive human talent management, from attraction and selection through administration and regulatory compliance. Liaison between staff and management **REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * University degree in Accounting or Administration with specialization in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources * Minimum 3 years of experience performing duties in the Human Resources area. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Plan and execute human talent attraction, assessment, and selection processes. * Manage personnel onboarding, contracts, renewals, and separations. * Administer and maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. * Monitor attendance, leave requests, vacations, and medical leaves. * Prepare and validate payroll and salary information, coordinating payments with Accounting. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. * Address staff inquiries and serve as liaison between staff and management. * Coordinate onboarding, training, and internal communication processes. * Prepare basic Human Resources reports and indicators. * Strong organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information, and professional judgment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm * On-site work mode – Miraflores (near Cabitos station of the electric train) Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
