Positive Work Environment and Mentorship At **CEMA GRAF**, we seek proactive, responsible talent eager to learn and join our **Human Talent Management (HTM)** team. **Requirements:** * Student pursuing a technical or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * On-site work in Cercado de Lima. * Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn. * Interest in the Human Resources field and personnel management. **Responsibilities:** * Personnel working hours reporting * Drafting and sending internal announcements * Coordinating onboarding sessions and supporting onboarding processes * Updating personnel records and administrative control * Supporting recruitment and selection processes **Benefits:** * Continuous training in human talent management * **Base salary: S/800**, with potential for **progressive increases** upon assuming greater responsibilities * Biweekly and end-of-month payments via BCP * Positive work environment and ongoing mentorship **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Cercado de Lima Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
