**Job Description**
At **Baraka**, a Peruvian brand dedicated to manufacturing men's apparel, we are looking for an **Industrial Engineering Intern** who wishes to strengthen their knowledge in **Textile Production Planning and Control**. You will have the opportunity to participate in improving production processes, analyzing performance indicators, and optimizing production, working closely with a team committed to continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support time and motion studies for sewing process operations.
* Collaborate in developing and updating production technical sheets.
* Record and analyze data related to productivity, efficiency, and goal attainment.
* Support daily production progress tracking and report generation.
* Participate in identifying opportunities for improvement in production processes.
* Provide support in developing KPIs and dashboards in Excel.
* Support coordination of information with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Procurement departments.
* Collaborate on continuous improvement and process standardization projects.
* Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements:**
* Student from the sixth semester onward.
* Availability to undertake **pre-professional, free professional, or voluntary internships**.
* Basic knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PPC).
* Basic to intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
* Analytical, proactive, organized individual with a strong desire to learn.
* Reside in districts adjacent to Puente Piedra or have convenient transportation access.

**Working Hours:**
* **Monday to Friday:**
Morning shift: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
* Flexible schedule for students (subject to prior coordination with the company).
This profile is intended for students seeking hands-on experience in the production area and aiming to develop competencies for professional growth in the textile sector.
Salary: S/.100\.00 per month
