Job Summary: Civil Engineering professional responsible for executing, directing, and supervising infrastructure projects, coordinating with teams and ensuring project compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise infrastructure projects. 2. Coordinate and comprehensively manage construction works. 3. Continuous training and teamwork. Execute and/or direct infrastructure works at the assigned Campus or Branch, as designated by the Director of Infrastructure and General Services. Diligently report to the Director of Infrastructure and General Services on all infrastructure works or interventions carried out at your Campus or Branch. Continuously coordinate and inform the Director of Infrastructure and General Services and the Administrative Director (of your Branch) regarding approved actions and works to ensure their feasibility and efficient execution, as well as progress updates on projects and works under your responsibility. Channel requirements from academic and administrative units of your Campus or Branch to the Director of Infrastructure and General Services. Supervise infrastructure works at your Campus or Branch, whether executed in-house or through contractors. Verify and control compliance with technical specifications, and manage progress and final valuations of infrastructure works at your Campus or Branch. Monitor budgetary control and scheduling of works at your Campus or Branch. Evaluate the performance of subcontractors carrying out infrastructure works at your Campus or Branch. Design structural components for projects at your Campus or Branch, in accordance with current regulations. Review and verify architectural, structural, and sanitary installation plans and quantity take-offs for projects requested at your Campus or Branch. Coordinate with members of the Directorate of Infrastructure and General Services regarding engineering and development processes. Collaboratively prepare, with members of the Directorate of Infrastructure and General Services, occupancy charts (regular occupancy, temporary occupancy, installed capacity) for academic and administrative spaces at your Campus or Branch, and submit them to the Director of Infrastructure and General Services for validation and dissemination. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum three years of experience in construction site supervision or related positions. Intermediate Office proficiency. Availability to work in Chorrillos and travel to branches as required. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Benefits All statutory benefits and profit-sharing.
