Position Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning and Technical Maintenance Assistant to perform comprehensive cleaning, operate specialized machinery, and transport supplies within a pharmaceutical company. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive cleaning and disinfection in pharmaceutical environments. 2. Operation of industrial cleaning equipment (Shasqui floor polisher). 3. Handling of hydraulic pallet jack/electric forklift for material movement. **Cleaning and Technical Maintenance Assistant** **Vacancies Available:** 3 positions **Location:** Los Olivos, Lima (North Zone) **Salary:** S/.1200 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:45 PM **Department:** Operations / Maintenance / Industrial Cleaning **Main Responsibilities** * **Comprehensive cleaning:** Perform maintenance, hygiene, and disinfection of assigned areas within the pharmaceutical company (offices, warehouses, and common areas). * **Operation of cleaning machinery:** Efficient and safe handling of the **industrial floor polisher (Shasqui)** for floor treatment and preservation. * **Supply transportation:** Operate the **hydraulic pallet jack / electric forklift** to internally move cleaning supplies, waste, or heavy materials within the facility. * Strictly comply with biosafety regulations, use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and pharmaceutical-sector cleaning protocols. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar industrial cleaning roles, preferably in pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, mass-consumption enterprises, or warehouses (**verifiable experience with employment certificates**). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Mandatory proficiency in operating the **Shasqui industrial floor polisher**. * Operation and control of **Hydraulic pallet jack (electric forklift)**. * **Core competencies:** Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, dynamism, and excellent physical condition for physically demanding tasks (cargo handling and machinery operation). **We Offer** * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * A safe workplace equipped with high-quality PPE.
