Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support ingredient preparation, dish assembly, and maintenance of hygiene in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational support to the kitchen team At Sarcletti, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at the Club Unión Árabe Palestino, located in Santiago de Surco. Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities: * Assist with ingredient preparation and daily production. * Perform washing, cutting, and portioning of food items. * Support dish assembly and dispatch. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Comply with food handling and food safety regulations. * Provide operational support to the kitchen team in day-to-day tasks.
