A specialty café in Barranco is looking to hire a **Full-Time** Kitchen Assistant. Business operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM; Sunday, 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Availability to work rotating or fixed shifts, with one weekly day off. Work Location: Av. San Martín \- Barranco. Job Responsibilities: \- General cleaning of the work area \- Washing and disinfection of equipment and materials \- Preparation and plating of dishes \- Customer service, among others. Requirements: \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) \- Residency in nearby areas \- Completed secondary education \- Currently pursuing studies in Gastronomy or related fields (preferred) \- Positive attitude \- Strong communication skills \- Punctuality \- Responsibility \- Willingness to work collaboratively.
