Collaboration in maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. **JOIN THE LA BONBONNIERE TEAM!** At our restaurant **La Bonbonniere \- Larcomar**, part of the Retail Services gastronomic group, we are looking for a **COOK**. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical degree in Gastronomy (recent graduates welcome). \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook. \- Availability to work rotating shifts at Larcomar. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Ensure and support compliance with kitchen hygiene regulations. \- Prepare mise en place according to technical and sanitary standards. \- Prepare dishes following established recipes and standards. \- Verify and maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation. **SCHEDULE:** Rotating shifts: Opening\- Midday\- Closing, between 11:00 pm \- 12:00 am **COMPENSATION:** Salary: S/1830\.00 \+ Monthly tips: approx.
