Handling of hot/fried foods **KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- LA BOTICA** **Responsibilities:** * Assist with mise en place * Plating * Organizing food items in their designated locations * Cleaning and tidying the kitchen * Assisting in dish preparation **Requirements:** * Kitchen experience (6 months to 1 year) * Knowledge of hot/fried foods Work Schedule: * Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM \- 10:00 PM * Day off on Sundays Benefits: * MYPE payroll registration * Meals provided * Overtime pay * Performance bonus (gratification) Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
