Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare dishes, maintain hygiene, and support the control of ingredients and utensils, adhering to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential support in food preparation and dish dispatch 2. Maintenance of quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen 3. Collaboration in controlling and properly using ingredients and utensils At Fundo las Palmeras, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant responsible for preparing menu items while adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in pre-preparation of food items. * Support the chef in dish preparation and dispatch. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen area. * Assist in controlling and properly using ingredients and utensils. * Comply with sanitary regulations and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards. * Perform other duties assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or studies in gastronomy or related fields. * Minimum of (06\) months of experience in kitchen positions. * **Immediate availability to work from Tuesday to Sunday, 9 a.m. \- 6 p.m.** * Must reside in Ica **WE OFFER:** * Salary: 1500 soles on payroll * Includes lunch * Discounts for consumption * Bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), insurance, vacation, among others Application Question(s): * Do you have kitchen experience?
